Lately I’ve had nothing but love for him. Well, maybe there were a few times where I’ve wanted nothing more than to kick his little butt, except he’s so stinkin’ cute.

I enjoy the way he cuddles up to me when I’m sitting on the couch. And how he wouldn’t leave Niki’s side when she was asleep. Every time she adjusted positions, he would too. Always pressed up against her. It was adorable.

Maybe I’ll get used to the things he does that drive me batty. Like unravelling the toilet paper and ripping it to shreds. Opening the cabinet below the kitchen sink to pull out the trash bag. Then leaving a trail of trash all over the kitchen floor. Or how he steals food off plates that were left unattended FOR JUST A SECOND! Or how he runs around the house like a bat out of hell.

Maybe I’ll get used to it. Because. Look at those eyes, that perfect little snout, and the shiny black fur. He’s beautiful. How could I not love him?!
