Last night, amsister and I went to a book reading by Heather Armstrong aka Dooce.

If you’ve been paying attention, I’m a HUGE fan. So you could probably imagine the excitement pulsing through my veins when I read her blog and found out she was coming to Seattle.

I HAD to go.

We were just 3 rows away from where she stood on stage. We waited in line to get our copies of her book signed, as well as one for the hubs because I know he’s secretly a fanboy. And. We got pictures of us standing next to her.

Ams and I are planning to do a review of the event together. Maybe we’ll even work in the two books. Video clips from last night will also be included. I’ll let you know.

Right now I’m not sure if I’m proud or disappointed that I resisted the urge to rub her belly and lick her face. I may never get a second chance.
